Veterinary Client Service Representative Dogs & Cats Emergency and Specialty - Bowie, MD $17 - $18 an hour The well-qualified applicant will be enthusiastic, compassionate, possess excellent communication skills, and should enjoy working as part of a cohesive team in a busy environment.
Ability to multitask, collaborate within a large team of 80 employees, and maintain a positive attitude are MUSTS! Client service representatives play a vital role in the success of our team.
Basic computer skills and experience with a multi-line phone system are required, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook email as well.
Experience with EzyVet and Smartflow software are a plus. Prior experience in the veterinary industry is preferred.
